Mr. Danen gets many requests to use his photographs. While each request is considered for its merits,
all requests must follow the rules set out below.
Conditions to use copyrighted work
on other websites
Images and screensavers may be freely downloaded for personal enjoyment. They may only be kept on that particular
computer and not copied to other computers. They may not be copied to other storage devices that allow sharing
with others, e.g., tape backups, cd-roms, dvd-roms, etc. No written permission is required for personal use as
described here.
You may not start using material from this website, until you have received written permission to do so.
Written permission may be in the form of an email message. Before permission is granted, you must send
your request to Mr. Gerry Danen. Your request must include the following:

Specify which image/images you are interested in - please include the complete URL where
the material is found on the website.

You must agree not to alter the material by cropping, resizing, reducing file sizes,
or any other means of manipulation.

Each image used must include proper credits and a link to this website.
If several images are used on a single page, only one link per page to this website is needed,
but credits must be included with each photograph.

How to get permission

email requesting the use of the files you are interested in,
and indicate in that email that you understand and accept the conditions on this page: "permission".

Mr. Danen will respond to your email, possibly asking for clarification,
then either to give or deny permission.

If permission is given, you may use the image as agreed upon.

You will notify Mr. Danen when the image is in place.

When the URL changes, or the webpage is updated in a way that affects the image(s),
Mr. Danen must be notified.
