Equipment No Longer in Use
Minolta Maxxum 7000i
The
Minolta Maxxum 7000i
is the second SLR I have owned since 1988 (the first one was a fully manual Olympus
OM-1). The Minolta Maxxum 7000i is a trusted old friend. When
the original Minolta lens died, I made the mistake to replace it with a Tamron, which is certainly
cheaper and lighter, but the optics are not as high quality as the Minolta, and it has
no macro setting. But my youngest son still gets good mileage from this camera.
